In Cameron’s words, “Barbershop means a lot to me because my family sings barbershop and I am following in their footsteps. I feel special because I am the youngest Barbershopper in Ontario. I also feel wanted because the Chordsman did not have to take me in. However, most of all, I feel that I have made a lot of new friends. I love singing with the Barrie County Chordsmen because they are a bunch of fun guys and they inspire me to do more in barbershop. I am really excited about quarteting because I can sing with my dad, my Uncle Todd, my Uncle Rob and my Bumpa. I would be the only tenor and I would have pressure and I work good under pressure.”

Way to go Cameron! I envy you having so many years in in front of you to sing barbershop. Trust me when I say, you will appreciate the opportunity to sing with your family members even more, when you get older.

Welcome to the big barbershop family!
